As a small business, we are heavily invested in every print run. We are hand-drawing your design and printing it. When you email or submit a quote request, you are talking to a human. We get steeped in your project, and we are real people. Sometimes we even have feelings.
For that reason, if what you are looking to have printed is something:
exclusionary or hateful toward a specific marginalized or commonly excluded group of people/community
racist
sexist
ableist
transphobic
homophobic
or otherwise makes us feel uncomfortable
Then we reserve the right not to take your project.
Instead, we will recommend some alternative resources for getting your printing needs met from someone else who will probably be all too happy to take your money. Er, that is, help you.
We appreciate your understanding.

Dead Eye Prints Merch
Ready-to-ship (RTS) items priced $3.00 or more (before shipping) - we will issue refunds minus shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Ready-to-ship items priced $2.99 or less (before shipping) - We will issue a full refund minus shipping costs.
Any made-to-order (MTO) item - No refunds.
Please note: Even if you got free shipping on your order from a code or other sale, we must still subtract the cost of shipping from your refund since it was an expense paid to fulfill your order.
Custom Work
Because all custom work is, well, made specifically for you, Dead Eye Prints does not accept any returns.
Once we have notified you that your blanks are ordered, the ⅔ of your quote that you have paid is non-refundable, but you will not be required to pay the remaining ⅓ if you need to cancel your order before printing begins.
Once printing has begun, no refunds will be issued if you need to cancel the order.
If there’s something unsatisfactory about your order once you receive it, we do want to hear from you and try to make it right, but we can’t give you your money back because no one showed up to the family reunion after all. That does suck, though, sorry.

Please allow this very small business adequate time to ship your order:
3-5 business days for RTS items
5-10 business days for MTO items
5-14 business days from the day printing begins on custom orders
For RTS & MTO items
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at check out. Dead Eye Prints assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect address entry.
For custom work
If your job is a rush (needed sooner than 14 business days with no exception), a 30% rush fee will apply. Note: If we are unable to accommodate your timeline, we will tell you before accepting your order.
When you receive your invoice, please ensure your ship-to address is correct. Dead Eye Prints assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address on file.

For RTS & MTO items
Your payment will be processed directly through the website. Accepted forms of payment are dictated by the platform our site is built on, and right now, those are Stripe and PayPal.
For custom work
You will receive a quote for your project, and upon your approval of the quote, you will receive an invoice for ⅔ of the total amount. This payment must be made to initiate ordering the blanks for your job. The remaining ⅓ of your quote is due to start printing. Invoices can be paid via check, credit card, or ACH.
We will send photos of your finished product(s) to confirm your project is complete and any shipping payment is due before we can mail out your items.
If you are on a tight deadline, please pay your invoices promptly when they are sent so printing is not delayed. Dead Eye Prints is not responsible for missing your deadline if you take more than 48 hours to pay your invoices.
Local pickup is available as a free alternative to shipping.
Local delivery is also available for $20 + .75/mile.
